‘Babies & Burpees’, a Personal Training exclusively for New Mummies!
The age-old problem of regaining strength, coupled with the pressure to get back in shape after giving birth, is one that every new mother experiences, and we have a solution! Our ‘Babies and Burpees’ sessions will get every mummy-on-the-move fit and ready for anything her bundle of joy might throw at her.
Juggling a fitness regime with the duties of motherhood has never been easier. Whether you have just given birth or are six months post-natal, you can now bring your baby to your Personal Training session, and stop worrying about a babysitter.
Our Personal Trainer is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment in the studio for both mums and their little one, as well as providing the most effective fitness plan to help get your post-baby body back on its feet. A playpen will be provided and all pushchairs and bags can be stored in the Fitness Studio during your training session. All you need to bring is you, your baby and a few toys to keep the little one happy.
The ‘Babies and Burpees’ Personal Training sessions are priced at £150 for five sessions, or £250 for 10 training sessions. An individual session is priced at £40. ‘Babies and Burpees’ is available to book between 1pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and sessions last 45 minutes. The sessions are suitable for new mothers with children up to the age of 12 months.
