We have the perfect venue, personnel & expertise to help you plan your meetings and events in a unique setting. The hotel has an energy that attracts and inspires dynamic, creative individuals. So it’s unsurprising that switched-on, entrepreneurial types want a piece of the action too. And we’re ready for you. We have four highly distinct event spaces, each designed to eke out the most brilliant ideas, rouse you to be on the top of your game, or help you impress an audience with your audacious brilliance.

Alternatively, our restaurant and bar can be hired for private dining and drinks reception. Studio Kitchen seats up to 60 diners, while you can host around 120 cocktail-style in Studio Bar. Any of our suites could also be ideal for your smaller events.

As a part of K West’s commitment to Green Tourism, our events and meeting spaces are all equipped in line with our Green Policy:

  • All of our function rooms benefit from large windows making them light, airy and inviting
  • We serve fairtrade coffee and tea, and filtered water instead of bottled water
  • We have SMART Boards in all meeting rooms (flipchart available on request) 
  • We do not use table linen in our meeting rooms to reduce the use of chemicals, water and energy
  • We have recycling bins in all event spaces
  • We use electronic invoicing to reduce paper waste

We offer a range of options to hire our rooms - whether you need them in a board-room or theatre style it is really up to you – and they all feature the latest in technology, LCD ceiling projectors and Smartkapp Whiteboards. If you are looking for meeting venues in London for up to 60 guests in a theatre format then our Empire room provides an events space with lots of natural light. For smaller board-room format spaces both our Green Room and Apollo room provide a fresh and contemporary meetings space designed to stimulate productive discussions.  If you are attending an event at Olympia London our meeting rooms can provide the perfect space for dress-rehearsals or preparing materials for the trade event.
