Check-in policy
Guests are required to produce a valid credit card with pin number at check in which will be pre-authorised for the full room charges and £50 per day to cover any extras.
Guests who wish to pay their account by debit card may do so and the above amount will be charged in full at check in; any credit balance at departure will be reimbursed through the card.
(please be aware that reimbursement to debit cards can take up to 5 working days to process)

Check in time is from: Monday to Friday 2pm onwards
Saturday and Sunday 3pm onwards

Freshen Up!
If you wish to arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your bags with our porter and use the Spa changing facilities to freshen up.

K Spa guests
Reception is at its busiest during check-in time. So to avoid rushing, if your pre-booked spa treatment is around check-in time, you are welcome to leave your bags with the porter and use the Spa changing facilities to ensure your experience is stress-free and relaxing.

Check-out policy
Guests must check out by 11am. After this time, bags can be left with our porter. Late check-out is charged at £10 per hour.
